By accessing or purchasing from El Cartel Men (elcartelmen.myshopify.com), you agree to these terms.

1. General: El Cartel Men is an online retailer selling men's jewellery, eyewear and grooming products. These terms govern your use of our store and any purchases made through it.

2. Products: We make every effort to accurately represent our products including descriptions, images, and pricing. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time.

3. Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at the time of your order will apply to that order.

4. Orders and Payment: By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, with a full refund issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery: Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Estimated delivery to Australia is 7–14 business days, and international orders usually take 2–4 weeks. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds: Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms.

7. Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Intellectual Property: All content on this site including logos, images, and text is the property of El Cartel Men and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, El Cartel Men's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
