Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Your items ship from our fulfilment partners, so please allow 7–14 business days for delivery within Australia. Delivery can take longer in busy periods or in remote areas.
- Standard shipping (Australia): $6.95
- Free shipping: on all Australian orders over $39
- International (including the US): $12 flat, usually 2–4 weeks. Import duties or taxes may apply in your country.
Once your order has shipped, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a day or two to start showing updates.
Returns & Refunds
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return postage for change of mind is paid by the customer. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
To start a return
- Email elcartelmen@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
- We reply within 2 business days with instructions.
- Once your return is received and checked, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
12-Month Finish Guarantee
If the gold-tone, silver-tone or black finish on any El Cartel jewellery fades or discolours within 12 months of delivery with normal wear, we'll send you a replacement free of charge.

- We reply within 2 business days and ship your replacement.
The guarantee doesn't cover loss, theft or damage from misuse. It is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
