Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Delivery to Australia: We ship to all states and territories. Items ship from our fulfilment partners, and estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Delivery can take longer in busy periods or remote areas.

International Shipping: We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, the European Union and selected other destinations. International orders usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Costs: Standard shipping within Australia is $6.95, and shipping is free on Australian orders over $39. International shipping is a $12 flat rate.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a day or two to start showing updates.

Customs and Duties: For orders outside Australia, you may be responsible for import duties or taxes imposed by your country.

Delays: Occasionally, delays can occur due to high demand, weather or customs. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of dispatch, please contact us at elcartelmen@gmail.com.
